How do I login to cPanel?

We recommend that you always login to cPanel using our secure connection from within your Client Area - that way you do not need to remember the Username and Password for cPanel.

This is covered in detail along with some other key functions in our Quick Shortcuts User Guide but is also outlined below.

Accessing your Hosting Control Panel (cPanel) via your Pay Monthly Hosting Client Area

When you opened your account you received an email with the subject "Welcome to Pay Monthly Hosting". This email contains the details of how to login to your client account with us.

To access your cPanel using our secure connection simply login to your Client Area then:

1. Select the Product/Service directly from "Your Active Products/Services". (Or select "View All", then to the right hand side of the relevant Product/Service click the green "Active" status button.)

2. On the left hand navigation panel select the "Login to cPanel"

This will log you in automatically, without having to remember or enter your cPanel Username and Password. You will also see that this is a secure connection by the "https" in the URL and the "padlock" in the browser.

Accessing your Hosting Control Panel (cPanel) Directly

Although you can access your Hosting Control Panel (cPanel) directly across the internet, we recommend that you always login to your cPanel using our secure connection from within your client area. However, should you wish to access your cPanel directly the details were included in the email with the subject "New Account Information" that we sent you when we activated your account.

You would need to visit the cPanel URL you were given, which should be https://yourdomainname.com:2083/ (or .co.uk, .net, .org or whatever tld you use for your domain) and login with the Username and Password contained in the email.

Please note that for your protection we do not recommend "insecure" logins to cPanel. The connection between your computer and your cPanel should be protected and encrypted by our 256-AES SSL certificate at all times.
