If you notice that there are certain emails that are not being received, when you know for certain that the sender has sent them, please check the following:
- your "junk" or "spam" email folder
- your MailScanner "MailWatch quarantine" area
MailScanner applies strict rules to incoming mail and sometimes other service providers do not follow these rules, therefore it leads to emails that you would expect to receive being blocked.
The reason for not receiving some emails could be that these emails are being falsely flagged as spam and are being held in your "MailScanner quarantine" area. All you have to do is simply tell MailScanner to release these emails by following the instructions in our How to configure MailScanner email protection guide.
