SpamExperts Outgoing Email Filtering

Once you have purchased our SpamExperts Outgoing Email Filtering service, the first thing you will need to do is to create your outgoing user(s), replicating the existing email accounts that you have already setup.

You do this by clicking on the "Manage Users" icon in your SpamExperts dashboard, then "Add a user", and selecting the "Authenticating User" tab to create your accounts.

Once you have created your user(s) you have to change your outgoing SMTP mail server in your email client (laptop, PC etc) from "mail.yourdomain.com" to "smtp.antispamcloud.com" as follows:

  • Mail Hostname: smtp.antispamcloud.com
  • Mail Username: the full email address you created
  • Mail Password: the password you specified
  • Outgoing Port Number: 587 (Supports STARTTLS)
