I have not received an email from you

If you have placed an order for a service or hosting and have not received any emails or notifications from us, such as order confirmation or address verification, have you checked your "junk" folder in your email client?

We have found that some free email providers such as hotmail, gmail and yahoo have very aggressive anti-spam policies which sometimes block legitimate emails.

So if you feel you have had no contact from us, such as an order confirmation or your Pay Monthly Hosting plan details please check your "spam" folder then remember to add our domain to your "safe senders list" or equivalent.
