Over the next few days we will be changing to a new payment processing gateway which is provided by one of the UK's largest credit card processing partners, SagePay.
This will now mean that we will become a member of the 3D Secure network for MasterCard and Visa, and in addition will now also offer the ability for you to pay for your services using American Express cards.
How will this effect me?
1. If you pay your invoice manually every month - No effect at all.
Just login as normal and use the payment button on your invoice to access the gateway and process your payment in the normal way.
2. If you pay by recurring subscription - We will not collect payment on the existing subscriptions, they will be cancelled.
On the next invoice that is generated you will need to login and use the payment button to setup a new subscription.
The process will then continue as before. We hope that this is not too much of an inconvenience and if you have any difficulties please raise a support ticket and we will address your concerns.
