You should have received an updated "New Account Information" email which will contain all the relevant information you need to manage your website hosting service with us. This information replaces that contained in the "original" email that you received when you first opened your account with us.

If you have registered your domain name with another registrar you will need to update the nameservers to point to our new nameservers ( and

Failure to do this will mean that your site and services will cease to function within the next few days.

If your domain is registered with us we will have made these changes for you automatically.
